What a plan limits
- Job posts open at once
- How many of your jobs can be live at the same time.
- Hand added worker records
- People you add yourself, counted over the life of the account.
- Connect about work credits each week
- How many people you can ask to Connect about work each week.
Saved filter views and the business wide numbers page need a paid plan.
What stays free
- Workers pay nothing to be found, to apply, or to pass the ID check.
- Every employer can keep one job post open at a time for 30 days.
- You see all your applicants. Filters, interviews and the Worker File are free too.
- Every account can add 3 worker records by hand, for the life of the account.
- Service businesses are free forever to list, claim, correct and be found. They pay only if they choose Promotion.
- You can always sort applicants. Linked worker records stay. Expiry and safety reminders keep coming.
What is never counted
People, linked workers and team seats are never counted or charged for.
These are bought on their own. Only Who viewed your profile renews.

Promotion
Promotion is not open yet. It opens only when enough people use Lerabase for it to help. It is limited in number and labeled Sponsored. It never buys the verified seal or a badge. It never shows a competitor on a claimed service business page.
How paying works
- Cancel in one tap on the Billing page. Nothing is deleted and nobody is removed. Live posts stay up. Expiry and safety reminders keep coming. Over the new limit, you cannot add more until a live post ends. Extra hand added records become read only.
- Only the billing owner can ask for a refund. Money goes back only to the card that paid. Sales tax on the refunded part comes back with it. Unused days of a plan come back on request, counted from the day you cancel. A purchase canceled before it starts is refunded in full. A post you bought but never published is refunded in full. Service already received is not taken back. That is a published post and an applied extension. It is also promotion days already shown. It is also hand added records made while you paid. A finished promotion is not refundable. Live posts stay up until they close. Nothing is deleted.
- We tell you 30 days before any price goes up. You keep your current price until the end of the period you paid for.
- Sales tax is added where it applies, from the first sale. You see the full price and the tax before you pay.
- Only the billing owner can buy a plan or an extra.
- Nothing is ticked for you.
- If a public agency cannot pay by card, write to support. A person will help by email.
