For employers

Prices and plans

What is free, what a plan limits, and how paying works.

Workers pay nothing. Service businesses are free to list, claim and keep accurate. Employers and recruiters pay only for hiring tools.

A plan limits three things: the job posts you have open at once, the worker records you add by hand, and the Connect about work credits you get each week. Nothing else is held back for payment. Sorting applicants, linked worker records, and expiry and safety reminders stay on for everyone.

People, linked workers and team seats are never counted or charged for.

Every price is on the Prices page, in US dollars, before sales tax. Sales tax is added where it applies, from the first sale. You see the full price and the tax before you pay. Nothing is ticked for you.

Only the billing owner can buy a plan or an extra.

Only the billing owner can ask for a refund. Money goes back only to the card that paid. Sales tax on the refunded part comes back with it. Unused days of a plan come back on request, counted from the day you cancel. A purchase canceled before it starts is refunded in full. A post you bought but never published is refunded in full. Service already received is not taken back. That is a published post and an applied extension. It is also promotion days already shown. It is also hand added records made while you paid. A finished promotion is not refundable. Live posts stay up until they close. Nothing is deleted.

You can cancel in one tap on the Billing page. Nothing is deleted and nobody is removed. If you are over the new limit, you only cannot add more until a live post ends, and extra hand added records become read only.

We tell you 30 days before any price goes up. You keep your current price until the end of the period you paid for.

Paid plans are not open until the Prices page lists them.

If a public agency cannot pay by card, write to support. A person will help by email.
