See who can open your documents, who opened them, and how to stop it.

Open My secure documents and choose Who can see my documents. Each business shows who may open your documents, why, when it ends and how often it was opened.

Choose Stop sharing to end a window at once. Nobody can open your documents through it after that. A copy that was already downloaded cannot be taken back.

Who opened what lists each page opened and each copy downloaded. It shows the name, the business, the time and a code that starts with LB-. It never shows a document.

You hear about openings in one notice for each business. Choose daily or weekly. It cannot be turned off, so you always know. If a business pays for more time, you get a notice with one tap to say you do not want it.
