Post a job for a client who is not on Lerabase

Add a private client, upload the client's letter, and what staff check.

A recruiter can post a job for a client who has no Lerabase page. In the job, open Role and industry and choose Add a client that is not on Lerabase.

Add the client with its legal name and ZIP code. The industry is the one you picked on that step. The client stays private. Drivers never see the client's name.

Before the job goes live, upload the client's letter on the Review and publish step. It must say the client agrees to be recruited for. A PDF or a picture works, up to the size shown on the screen.

Staff read the letter and answer. Cleared means the job can go live. Not cleared means the letter was not accepted, and you can add a new one.

Staff never copy the letter and never contact the client for you. Do not put ID numbers, bank details or a driver's personal information in the letter.
