Choosing your employer type

Company, recruiting company, or independent recruiter — the one you pick shapes which questions you answer and what your team can do.

Lerabase has three employer paths. Company and Recruiting Company attach to a canonical Business Workspace; Independent Recruiter is a person-only professional role. One account may hold the personal role and later add a separately verified Recruiting Company without replacing either identity.

Company — you hire drivers for your own Business. A Company Workspace can keep approved facts, locations, an Owner/Admin/Recruiter team, and a company-vehicle certificate status when applicable. Job posting is a later journey, and a certificate status is not a claim about insurance coverage, safety, or compliance.

Recruiting Company — you recruit for client companies through a separately verified Business Workspace. It has the same Workspace team roles, its own office locations, and reusable client relationships. Business proof requires both formation and EIN-letter evidence tied to a verified person; Lerabase does not ask you to type an EIN in setup.

Independent Recruiter — you recruit as one verified person. This path creates no Business, pretend company team, employer roster, fake Workspace person, or optional EIN-based company badge. You can deliberately publish a separate person-role projection after preview.

Identity verification is only one trust fact. A Company or Recruiting Company public page also needs the required business proof and authority attestation, then an authorized Workspace manager must preview and deliberately publish it. Verification never publishes automatically.
