Certificates of liability

Which jobs need one, when it is checked, and what happens when it ends.

A certificate of liability is one page from your insurance agent. It names your business and its coverage. Add it when your workers drive cars, vans, buses or trucks that your company owns.

Add it on the Business verification tab. Our team checks it before the jobs that need it can go live.

We remind the Owners and Admins 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before it ends. We also remind them on the day it ends. The reminder says how many jobs will pause. The day after it ends, those jobs pause.

Add a new certificate when you have it. Once our team checks the new one, the paused jobs reopen.
