What we never store

We never keep a document number. We do not keep test results or medical records.

We never store a document number as a typed field. That means no license number, no state ID number, no medical card number and no certificate number. The number stays only inside the picture you add.

We do not keep drug or alcohol test results. Employers use their own testing. The row is on the list so you can see why it is not kept.

Do not upload medical records, test results or background reports here. A DOT medical card is fine, because it is a card and not your exam report.

We never pull, read, check or score your driving record. You can keep your own copy. It is Private unless you choose to share it, and we never show an On file label or an available line for it.

A background report you were given can be kept for you only. It is always Private and it never goes to an employer.

We do not call anything verified or compliant. What you add in My secure documents is your own, and we only check that the file is safe to keep.
