For workers

Recommendations on your profile

People you worked with can write a few sentences about you. You choose what shows.

A recommendation is a few sentences from a person who worked with you. They write it as themselves, never as a business. There are no stars, no scores and no counts.

Who can write one? A person who passed the ID check and worked at the same business as you at the same time. Both of your work histories must name that business, you must have both confirmed it, and you must share at least a month. Until then nobody sees the Write a recommendation button on your page.

When someone writes one, you get a notice. Open your own public page and look for Waiting for your approval under Recommendations.

Tap Show on my profile to put it on your page. Tap Do not show to keep it off. Nobody else can read it until you show it. The person who wrote it sees only Sent, whatever you choose.

You can change your mind. Tap Hide on a shown recommendation any time. A hidden one stays in a Hidden list that only you see, and you can show it again.

Your page shows the first three, then Show all. Each one shows the writer's first name and last initial, their kind of work, Worked together, and the month and year. It shows the business only when you show that job as Working at.

Only people who are signed in and passed the ID check, and verified hiring accounts you have not blocked, can read your recommendations. Visitors and search engines never can.

Want to write one for a coworker? Open their public page. If you worked at the same business at the same time, you will see Write a recommendation. Pick whether you were coworkers or you were their supervisor, then write 50 to 600 characters. You can write one for each person, and edit it later. An edit goes back to the worker for approval.

Something wrong in one? Tap Report on it. A person at Lerabase reads every report. If it breaks our rules, we remove it for good, and the person who wrote it cannot write another about you.
