Questions businesses ask before joining

Who we are, how we check businesses, who sees what, and who can help run your page.

Is Lerabase a staffing agency? No. Businesses and workers find each other here and talk directly. We never hire for you.

How do you check a business? The person who runs it passes the ID check. Then the business adds its formation paper and its EIN letter, and we check them. A business that passes shows Verified business.

What else is checked? Facts a business types, such as its USDOT number or its size, are marked Self-reported.

When does our page go public? By itself, once the business check passes. You choose which contact items show, and street addresses stay private unless you show them. The Owner can hide the page at any time.

Our business is already on Lerabase. Now what? Ask to join its team, so the business is never made twice. If nobody there can answer, use Recover control.

Can several people run it? Yes. The Owner can do everything. Admins run jobs, locations and Members. Members work only on what is assigned to them. There is no limit on teammates.

Can our accountant help? Yes. The Owner can invite them as Billing only. They see only the Billing page.

Who sees workers' documents? Only teammates the business gives document access, and only what each worker chooses to share.

Can we see who changed what? Yes. The Owner and Admins see the business history and can download it.
