Someone helping you use Lerabase

A family member, a recruiter, or school staff can sit beside you. Here is what is safe.

A family member, a recruiter, or school staff can sit beside you and help you use Lerabase. This is fine, and it costs nothing.

With your OK, your helper can help you fill things in and send applications from your own account, while you are there.

You always type your own password. You always tap your own consent. Every approval, such as Share my documents or Confirm my hire, needs a code on your own phone.

Lerabase has no helper account and no way to sign in as someone else. An account is used only by its owner, or with the owner present.

At an In-person ID check place, a helper may read aloud or translate. A helper never agrees for you.

Never give anyone your password or a code we send you. Lerabase never asks for them.
