Inviting your team

Admins and Recruiters join by email invite — and everyone verifies their own identity individually.

Companies and Recruiting Companies can build a team with three Workspace roles: Owner, Admin, and Recruiter. Owner means platform control, not certified legal ownership. Owners and Admins can send invitations and manage approved company facts; Admins can act only on Recruiters. Independent Recruiters are person-only and have no pretend team or Workspace.

To invite someone, the Workspace Owner or an Admin enters their email and picks Admin or Recruiter. The invitation is good for 14 days, and it only works for the exact email address it was sent to — signing in with a different address, even a close variant, won't accept it. If it expires or the wrong person tries it, send a replacement.

Every person on your team verifies their own identity individually — it's not a company-wide switch. A teammate can join, sign in, and use the dashboard as soon as they accept their invite, but until they personally complete the two-minute ID check (government ID plus a live face check), they won't see a driver's full contact details and credentials. A badge belongs to a person, not a login.

Only the Owner can change someone between Admin and Recruiter. An Owner may act on an Admin or Recruiter; an Admin may act only on a Recruiter. Suspension is temporary, while removal ends membership immediately without deleting the person's account, profile, connections, or private messages.

New teammates sign in exactly like anyone else on Lerabase — their confirmed email and password, with an email code as a fallback. There is no separate team login to remember.
