How we keep your data safe

Who can see what a business and its workers share on Lerabase.

Your business papers stay private. A person at Lerabase reads them to check your business. Nobody else sees them.

Workers decide who sees their documents. Your document access setting never changes that.

Anyone on your team who can open documents signs in with Two-step login.

Lerabase staff never open a person's Inbox or a worker's Documents. This includes the owner of Lerabase. If someone reports a private message, staff see only a frozen copy of that one message, and only in that report.

We delete ID photos 30 days after the answer. We keep the answer, not the photos.

Lerabase never gets a person's background report, driving record, drug test, or Clearinghouse result. We do not read, score, or keep one.

A report about your business is never shown to you with the reporter's name. If a decision takes something from you, we tell you what happened, why, what still works, and the last day to appeal.
