For everyone
A message held for a check
Why a message you wrote says Held for a check, and what happens next.
Sometimes a message you send shows Held for a check under the conversation. The other person cannot see it yet. A person at Lerabase looks at it first. You do not need to do anything.
If the message is fine, it is sent and appears in the conversation with the other messages. If it is not sent, it shows Not sent.
Lerabase never asks you to pay to apply or to be hired. Never send your Social Security number, bank details or ID numbers in a message.
Think a message was held by mistake, or not sent by mistake? Use Contact us and tell us. A person at Lerabase makes the final decision. A computer never does.
You can have up to three messages waiting at once. A decision on one lets you send the next.
